Not available in AK. Regulatory Cost Recovery fee of 99 cents is a carrier specific monthly charge. Interstate calls to and from Hawaii have a base rate of 15 cents a minute as opposed to 5 cents a minute. Interstate calls to Alaska have a base rate of 15 cents per minute. Add $1.95 a month if you choose to not autopay via credit card and be billed online. Add $9.95 a month for unlimited internet access.
